this wriswatch is use to help referee to make decisions, so can minimize controversy decisions, the designer of this wriswatch named Andy Kurovets. this watch equipped by bluetooth, so referee assistant and line can send the signal quickly about offside, fault or penalty. and also, referee can watch the real  incident in the field from screen. red light for fault and green light for no fault.
